The Trustees Room is a small building located at the rear of the Brookfield Hall and overlooking the main Oval. It is used extensively by local groups for their monthly meetings. It is well suited to small scale activities such as workshops and meetings
The cosy room is air conditioned and configured like a boardroom, with two central timber tables and eight timber chairs, to which plastic chairs are able to be added, bringing seating capacity to fourteen places.
There is also ample bench and cupboard space, together with a sink and small refrigerator. The room is well lit with natural light through two large, glass, sliding doors that open out onto a verandah overlooking the Oval. These glass doors also have timber blinds to provide privacy if required.
The entrance and verandah is also well lit with fluorescent light and the adjoining car parking area is full illuminated.
What can the Trustees Room be hired for?
It is mainly suitable for meetings and workshops, but could also be available for small scale lunches, dinners or celebratory functions. All hire is at the discretion of the Trustees.
Cost of Hire
Small meetings: $50 for 2-3 hrs
Seminar/classes etc: $200 half day and $300 full day.
Conditions of Hire
The hire fee must be paid 7 days prior to hire.
The Trustees Room must be left in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was found.
