Lost Membership Cards

Members (and relevant children under 18 years of age) can only access the annual show via the Main Gate (Colquhoun Gate) and must have their card scanned each day. Cards have been programmed to allow ONLY one access per day, so please ensure they are only used once per day to avoid embarrassment. If you want to leave the showground and return later in the day, please ensure you obtain a pass out prior to leaving.

Please be aware, you will not be able to enter the showground as a member (or child of a member) without your membership card being scanned. Failure to produce your membership card for scanning will require you to purchase a general admission ticket if you wish to enter the show.

Reissuing of lost, misplaced or damaged charges will incur a fee of $10 for each card (reviewed annually). Please note reissuing of cards will NOT be available during the three-day period of the show. If you require a replacement card, please ensure you arrange it well prior to the show.

Please not a new unique barcode will be issued, so as to ensure lost cards cannot be used with the entry system.

Replacement card enquiries can be forwarded to the Membership Officer
