The Brookfield Members’ Bar, established in 1977, is a well-loved space within the Brookfield Showgrounds, offering elevated views across Brookfield Oval and a relaxed atmosphere suited to a variety of occasions.
The venue is available for hire for suitable events, including social gatherings, meetings, memorial services, birthdays and anniversaries. Its comfortable setting and central location make it an ideal choice for smaller, more personal functions.
To maintain the character and suitability of the space, the Members’ Bar is not available for teenage or young adult birthday parties, school formals or recovery-style events, along with any occasions considered inappropriate by the governing body.
All event applications are carefully reviewed and approved at the discretion of the Trust, ensuring each booking aligns with the values and expectations of the Brookfield community.

It is a legal requirement that only Brookfield Show Society Members can hire the bar. If you are not a member, and wish to book the bar, please become a member first.

Please note you will not be allowed to hire The Brookfield Bar for teenage and young adult birthday parties, school formals and recovery parties as well as other occasions deemed unsuitable by governing parties.
