The Brookfield Bar (Members’ Bar), established in 1977, has a picturesque view of Brookfield Oval.
We accept applications to hire this facility for suitable social gatherings, meetings, memorial services, birthdays and anniversaries.
Please note you will not be allowed to hire The Brookfield Bar for teenage and young adult birthday parties, school formals and recovery parties as well as other occasions deemed unsuitable by governing parties.
Events are approved at the discretion of the Trust, who consciously align with the values and expectations of the local community.

Are we able to use Brookfield Oval as part of our booking?
Brookfield Oval is outside the liquor permit area therefore no alcohol or glass is allowed. The space can be hired depending on other bookings at Brookfield Showgrounds e.g. Horse and Pony Club
Can we use Brookfield Oval lights?
Yes. However, an additional fee may be charged.
