The proud home of Happy Hour, established in 1977, Brookfield Members’ Bar has a picturesque view of Brookfield Oval and ample space for functions following renovations in 2016.
We accept applications to hire this facility for social gatherings, meetings, memorial services and wakes, weddings and wedding receptions, fundraisers and birthday anniversaries.
You will not be allowed to hire Brookfield Members’ Bar for teenage and twenty-first birthday parties, school formals and recovery parties as well as other occasions deemed unsuitable by governing parties.
Events are approved at the discretion of the Trust, who consciously align with the values and expectations of the local community.
All bookings must be made through this website.
Non-Members: $500-$750 ($600 Bond)
Current Members: $500
Bar Staff: $35/hour per person
Staff must be employed for a minimum of three hours. An additional two hours for set up and pack down will also be charged.
Temporary Liquor Licences for events held outside normal licence hours incur an added cost.

Are we able to use Brookfield Oval as part of our booking?
Brookfield Oval is outside the liquor permit area therefore no alcohol or glass is allowed. The space can be hired depending on other bookings at Brookfield Showgrounds e.g. Horse and Pony Club
Can we use Brookfield Oval lights?
Yes. However, an additional fee may be charged.
